john.BECKER.architect was established in 2026 in Western North Carolina after 40 years in practice with Becker Architecture in Cincinnati, Ohio. The firm specializes in residential and light commercial projects with a philosophy of thoughtful care of every client's needs, meticulous attention to best building practices and watchful sensitivity to the natural and built environment.

Implement.

Through partnership with property development associates,  john.BECKER.architect often collaborates to develop and construct residential infill and remodeling projects. This work is critical to the sensitive growth of our dense urban environments.

Educate.

John has also been on faculty at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has taught throughout the architecture curriculum ... core design studios from First Year to Master's Thesis, as well as seminars with an emphasis on building technology and sustainable design.
